FF Week Five Round Up

I TELL YAH INVITATIONAL LEAGUE

SEASON FOUR

WEEK 5

It was a low scoring week in the Premier League, which certainly reflected on the ITIFL. But it still didn’t stop some fantasy teams taking full advantage. With that said, though the gap was closed considerably. Issa Banka remains the league leader and can thank a solid defensive showing from De Gea (7). Walker (10). Bailly (5) and Kalasinac (5). As well as 6 points from Eriksen in midfield to keep him leading the pack.

Joe Hilditch moved back up into second, closing the lead to 11 points. He can thank the defensive quartet of Courtois. Stones. Alderweireld and Jones all scoring 6 points. Also, captain Salah with 20 points and De Bruyne with 6 points in midfield. Timothy Stigwood moved down into third. Doing the business was Cedric (6) Salah (10) Mkhitaryan (9) and Jesus (6).

Moving into the Champions League places In fourth is my right hand man Tyrone Brown. He can thank triple captain Lukaku, who notched 36 points. Foster (5) Alderweireld. Bertrand, Alonso and De Bruyne who all scored 6 points. In fifth and this weeks joint highest scorer with 80 points. As well as ITYIL record highest mover (12 places) is Halifa S S. Who can thank the defensive contributions of Forster (7). Lascelles (8). Bailly. Jones & Alonso with 6 points. Also David Silva (11) Matic (6) and Aguero (20).

That saw (I call him Bryan Robson) Ibrahim Gullu dropping down a place into sixth. But the likes of Forster, Alderweireld. Salah. Captain Eriksen (6) and Lukaku with 12 points still provided him with a decent week. Mr ever-present Jeff Franklin stays in seventh with also a decent week. Doing the business were Foster and Bellarin with 5 points. Naughton (6). March (7) and captain Lukaku with 24 points.

Moving up a massive 11 places into eighth is this weeks other joint highest scorer Felizz Brown. Contributions from captain Lukaku. De Gea. Lascelles. Cedric. Alonso. David Silva and Mkhitaryan provided a very decent 80 point haul. In ninth comes Mr Kool FM Pressure X. Who can thank captain Lukaku. Hart. Hegazi and Azpilicueta all scoring 6 points. As well as Salah in midfield, keeping him in the top ten.

Making up that top ten is Lee Barrett. Whose contributors came from Foster and Bailly at the back. De Bruyne in midfield with Jesus and Lukaku up front. The season is really starting to hot up and take shape now and gaps are starting to form….. On to week six y’all.
