Bio: This is maybe not for the managers who are already with an elite team. However, if you are managing a team just outside the elite and are trying to get into say the Champions League, or are thinking about building to hopefully mount a title challenge.
This could be one of your main components in that journey. He is a quick, pacy, neat and tidy winger who likes to hug the touchline and put in accurate crosses. If you have a decent striker or two, they will thoroughly enjoy playing in the team.
One of the biggest attributes I discovered is that he was deceivingly superb in the air and scored a fair share of headed goals, which is unusual for a winger.
Along with that and something that really endeared me to him is he’s a big game player. More often than not, he will step up in the important games.
I lost count on how many times he was having an average game, then out of the blue he would come up with a vital goal.
He is 17 when the game starts so you have plenty of time to get him on board. Another plus was the fact that he was rarely injured and had a great engine.
Quick tip: If you leave him on the edge of the box for corners, he will get at least five goals and five assists from there per season.
