I TELL YAH INVITATIONAL LEAGUE

SEASON EIGHT 

WEEK 7

This week in the Premier League, Brentford continue to impressed with a 2-1 away win at West Ham. Spurs got their season back on track with a 2-1 home win against Villa. Leeds beat Watford 1-0 at home. Chelsea got help from a red card to beat Southampton 3-1 at home. Liverpool drew 2-2 at home to City in arguably the game of the season so far. Crystal Palace came from two goals down at half time to draw 2-2 at home to Leicester. Everton got a 1-1 draw at Man Utd. Brighton had 21 goal attempts but couldn’t score as they drew 0-0 at home to Arsenal also, Burnley drew 0-0 at home with Norwich.

In low scoring ITYIFL, the defending champion Danny Milton is still sitting pretty at the top of the table and has a handsome 34 point lead going into the international break. This was due to a very decent 51 point weekly score, thanks to the likes of captain Antonio (4) Salah (13) Jimenez (10) Chilwell (8) and Sanchez (6).

Sanjay Beecher moves back into second place following a decent 49 point week. Thanks mainly to captain Antonio (4) Salah (13) Mbeumo (8) White (7) and Duffy (6). This sees Greg Cabana move down one into third, following his weekly score of 35 points, with his only real contributions coming from captain Antonio (4) Salah (13) and Sanchez (6).

Moving up one into a Champions League place is former champ Jeff Franklin, with a decent weekly score of 47 points. This was thanks to Salah (13) Jimenez (10) Tomiyasu (6) and Livramento (4). This sees my youngest son and another former champ Latrell Oscar move down one into fifth, following his 43 point weekly score. Which was mainly due to Salah (13) Son (10) Tomiyasu (6).

Another former champ, ahm Charles Denton moves up to sixth place with a decent 49 point week. This was thanks to the likes of captain Lukaku (4) Salah (13) White (7) Tomiyasu (6) Sanchez (6) and Fernandez (5). This weeks joint Highest Mover was Lord Ramdhan as he moved up five places from 12th to 7th, thanks to, given the circumstances, a superb weekly score of 58 points, which also made him this weeks Highest scorer. Doing the business was captain Vardy (16) Salah (13) Tomiyasu (6) Duffy (6) and Jansson (5)

Nordin Gharib remains in eighth place, following a 42 point weekly score. This was due to triple captain Lukaku (6) Salah (13) Duffy (6) and Sanchez (6). My older brother Wayne Watson moves back into the top ten in ninth place, with a very decent weekly score of 52 points. His contributions came from captain Mane (14) Son (10) Soucek (8) Dunk (8) and Jesus (5).

This sees September manager of the month Natalie Stigwood move down into tenth place, with a very disappointing 20 point weekly score, where only Canos (4) scored more than two points. This weeks other joint Highest Mover was Simon Sebhat, as his weekly score of 43 points moved him up five places from 25th to 20th. This was thanks to captain Antonio (4) Son (10) Vardy (8) Tierney (6) and Fernandes (5).
