Fantasy Football S10 WEEK 28 Round Up

I TELL YAH INVITATIONAL LEAGUE

SEASON TEN

WEEK 28

This week in the Premier League, Tottenham beat Aston Villa 4-0 away, while Arsenal won 2-1 at home against Brentford with a late goal. Chelsea beat Newcastle 3-2 at home. Man Utd won 2-0 at home against Everton. Wolves defeated Fulham 2-1 at home, and Brighton won 1-0 at home against Nott Forest.

Liverpool drew 1-1 with Man City in an exciting game at Anfield. Bournemouth came from two goals down to draw 2-2 at home against Sheff Utd, while West Ham also came from two down to draw 2-2 at home against Burnley. Luton drew 1-1 at Crystal Palace, and Bournemouth staged an impressive comeback in midweek, coming from three goals down at half-time to beat Luton Town 4-3 at home.

In the ITYLF, in a low-scoring week, Sanjay Beecher, flying the flag for Jamaica and the USA, just about remains on top, thanks to his 44 point weekly score. Mainly due to captain Solanke (16) Zabarnyi (8), and Doughty (5).

However, in his slipstream, Owen Barnes moves up to second, just three points behind following his weekly score of 49 points, thanks mainly to captain Solanke (16) Palmer (13) and De Bruyne (6).

My middle son, Jahsiah Tobierrie, moves down to third, just six points behind, but will be disappointed at his modest 35 point week, where his only significant points came from captain Solanke (16).

Danny Milton closes the gap on third to just three points due to his very decent 57 point weekly score. Thanks to captain Solanke (16) Palmer (13) Estupinan (6) Morris (4), and Neto (4). Moving up to fifth place, just nine points behind, is the defending two-time champ Jeff Franklin, following his excellent 65 point week. Due to captain Solanke (16) Palmer (13) Onana (11) Dalot (6) Doughty (6), and Udogie (6).

Down to sixth place, despite his very decent 66 point week, just two points behind fifth is my oldest son, under his alias Tommy Devito. Following triple captain Solanke (24) Palmer (13) White (11), and De Bruyne (6). My coaching partner Francis Norville stays in seventh, following his weekly score of 52 points, with captain Solanke (16) Semenyo (15) and De Bruyne (6).

Former champ, ahem, Charles Denton remains in eighth, with a 49 point weekly score, mainly due to captain Solanke (16) and Son (17). My youngest son and another former champ Latrell Oscar, moves up to ninth place following his 52 point week. Thanks to Son (17) Palmer (13) Doughty (4) Kaminski (4), and Norris (4).

This week’s Highest Scorer by some margin is my former work colleague and Arsenal mate, Mr James, thanks to his superb 87 point weekly score. This also made him this week’s Highest Mover as he stormed up seven places from 17th to 10th, the joint second-highest move this season. Doing the business was a smart captain choice of Son (34) Palmer (13) Havertz (7) Porro (7) De Bruyne (6) Estupinan (6) Darwin (5), and Doughty (5).

Full steam ahead to week 29, with a reduced week of just four games. Make it count y’all,
