I TELL YAH INVITATIONAL LEAGUE

SEASON SIX

WEEK 6

This week in the Premier League, Man City recorded their biggest ever Premier League win as they destroyed Watford 8-0 at home. Liverpool beat Chelsea 2-1 away. 10 man Arsenal came back twice to beat Aston Villa 3-2 at home. West Ham beat Man Utd 2-0 at home. Sheff Utd beat Everton 2-0 away. Leicester beat Spurs 2-1 at home. Bournemouth beat Southampton 3-1 away. Burnley beat Norwich 2-0 at home. Wolves drew at Palace 1-1 with virtually the last kick of the game. Also, Newcastle and Brighton played out a 0-0 draw.

In the ITYIFL, Natalie Stigwood remains on top and even extended her lead by 2 to 18 points. This was down to a superb weekly score of 74 points. Doing the business were captain Aguero (18) B.Silva (19) Lundstram (12) C.Wilson (7) and Lascelles (6).

Lee Barratt remains in second and cannot be too disappointed with his weekly score of 72 points. This was thanks mainly to captain De Bruyne (34) Lundstram (12) Aguero (9) and Salah (5). Moving up into third place is perennial top ten man Danny Milton, with a tremendous weekly score of 89 points making him this weeks Highest Scorer. This is due to contributions from vice captain Kane (16) De Bruyne (17) Lundstram (12) D.Silva (11) Ryan (10) Fredericks (6) Montoya (6) and Salah (5).

Moving up into a Champions League place is last season’s runner up Mr James with a very decent weekly score of 71 points. Thanks to the likes of captain Salah (10) Lundstram (12) McGinn (10) Ryan (10) Aguero (9) Alexander-Arnold (7) and Dunk (6). Simon Sebhat remains in fifth due to a weekly score of 67 points, with contributions from vice captain Alexander-Arnold (14) B.Silva (19) Maddison (10) Kane (8) and Robertson (8).

Down into sixth place is Timothy Stigwood with a weekly score of 56 points. His contributions came mainly from captain Salah (10) De Bruyne (17) Kane (8) Alexander-Arnold (7) and Pieters (7). Also down, into seventh is my oldest nephew Tyrell Miles-Brown with a disappointing giving the circumstances, weekly score of 55 points. His contributors were captain Salah (10) De Bruyne (17) Robertson (8) Alexander-Arnold (7) and C.Wilson (7).

My oldest mate Delroy Preddie moves back up into the top ten in eighth place, due to a very decent weekly score of 79 points. This was thanks to captain De Bruyne (34) Lundstram (12) Kane (8) Alexander-Arnold (7) and Grealish (6). Also up, into ninth is Mr Paul Jarvis thanks to a decent weekly score of 72 points. Due to the likes of captain Aguero (18) Lundstram (12) Firmino (9) Pepe (8) Grealish (6) Schar (6) and Dunk (6).

There are three managers on the same points making up the top ten. First, Mr ever present Jeff Franklin who is this weeks Highest Mover, he moved up 11 places from 21st to 10th, putting him joint fifth highest mover on the all time list. This was thanks to a weekly score of 70 points. Thanks to captain Salah (10) De Bruyne (17) Lundstram (12) Kane (8) Alexander-Arnold (7) and Pieters (7). The second manager making up the top ten is my longtime friend Francis Norville, despite his weekly score of 58 points, where his main contributions came from vice captain De Bruyne (34) Robertson (8) and Salah (5).

The third manager who technically moved up into joint tenth, due to having the same points as the two above, despite the league stating he is in 12th is last season’s champion ahm Charles Denton. This was thanks to a weekly score of 63 points, with contributions from captain Aguero (18) Lundstram (12) Ryan (10) Pieters (7) and Salah (5).

The league and competition is in full effect now. Full steam ahead to week 7 ya’ll.
