3 Minute Rant: England is racist, now lets deal with it.

I am not saying everyone in England is racist but there is huge racist element in this country. This is why there is a past and recent history of racist incidents as well as Dave Jones and SkySports response to Gary Neville calling it out recently. There is no use denying it, its just time to do something about it.
