Fantasy Football S10 WEEK 37 Round Up

I TELL YAH INVITATIONAL LEAGUE

SEASON TEN

WEEK 37

This week in the Premier League, Man City defeated Fulham 4-0 away, while Arsenal secured an easy 1-0 win at Man Utd. Burnley lost 2-1 at Spurs and were relegated. As were Luton, after losing 3-1 at West Ham. Chelsea won 3-2 at Notts Forest in a thriller.

Crystal Palace beat Wolves 3-1 away. Brentford beat Bournemouth 2-1 away. Everton beat Sheff Utd 1-0 at home. Aston Villa scored two late goals in three minutes to draw 3-3 at home to Liverpool. Brighton drew 1-1 at Newcastle.

In midweek, Man City beat Spurs 2-0 away to go top via two points with a game to go. Chelsea beat Brighton 2-1 away to move into a Europa Conference League position, and Man Utd beat Newcastle 3-2 at home to keep their faint hopes of European football alive.

In the ITYFL, with just one game week to go, it couldn’t be any closer. Former back-to-back champ Danny Milton leads the league, but via a wafer-thin three points, following his excellent bench boost 126 point weekly score. The all-time joint 18th highest and joint 6th highest this season. Due to captain Haaland (30) Gusto (13) Walker (13) Foden (11) Porro (10) Gordon (8) Gabriel (7) B.Fernandes (5) and from off the bench Palmer (14).

Breathing down his neck in second is the defending two-time champion Jeff Franklin, with a timely and superb bench boost weekly score of 138 points, the all-time joint 10th highest and the 4th highest this season. Thanks to the likes of captain Haaland (30) Gvardiol (27) Palmer (14) Foden (11) Gordon (8) Gabriel (7) N.Jackson (7), and from off the bench Porro (10).

Former champ, ahem Charles Denton, looks to have solidified his place in third due to an excellent bench boost 128 point week, the all-time joint 16th highest and the joint 5th highest this season. Following captain Haaland (10) Palmer (14) Walker (13) Foden (11) Porro (10) Mateta (9) Gordon (8) Gabriel (7), and from off the bench, White (6) and Debruvka (5).

Flying the flag for The USA and JA, Sanjay Beecher moves up to fourth with his excellent bench boost weekly score of 128 points. The all-time joint 16th highest and the joint 5th highest this season. Due to captain Haaland (30) Gvardiol (27) Palmer (14) Foden (11) N.Jackson (7) Havertz (6) Solanke (6), and from off the bench Pickford (8) and Doughty (4).

This sees my oldest son, under his alias Tommy Devito, move down to fifth, despite his decent 103 point week. Followng captain Haaland (30) Palmer (14) De Bruyne (12) Foden (11) Saliba (9) Gordon (8) White (6) and Chambers (4). My middle son, Jahsiah Tobierrie, is down to sixth despite his decent weekly score of 98 points. With captain Palmer (28) Haaland (15) De Bruyne (12) Foden (11) Saliba (9) Gabriel (7) Solanke (6) and Watkins (5).

My coaching partner Francis Norville moves up to seventh, with a 95 point weekly score, due to captain Palmer (28) Haaland (15) Foden (11) Saliba (9) Pickford (8) White (6) Doku (5) and Watkins (5). This sees my youngest son and former champ Latrell Oscar move down to eighth, with a 93 point weekly score. Following a disappointing triple captain choice of Isak (12) also, Haaland (15) Palmer (14) De Bruyne (12) Gordon (8) Pickford (8) Gabriel (7) N.Jackson (7), and Cucurella (6).

Timothy Stigwood moves up to ninth place due to his decent 109 point week, thanks to triple captain Haaland (45) Palmer (14) Foden (11) Saliba (9) Gordon (8) Gabriel (7) and Watkins (5). Moving down to tenth is Owen Barnes. Who, given the circumstances, scored a disappointing 61 point weekly score, with captain Son (8) Palmer (14) Porro (10) Saliba (9) Solanke (6), and Watkins (5).

This week’s Highest Scorer was Nordin Gharib, thanks to an excellent bench boost weekly score of 141 points, the all-time joint 8th highest and the 3rd highest this season. This moved him up four places from 20th to 16th, making him this week’s Highest Mover. Doing the business was captain Haaland (30) Gvardiol (27) Palmer (14) Foden (11) Gordon (8) Gabriel (7) Havertz (6), and from off the bench Gusto (13) Solanke (6) and Senesi (4).

Congratulations to my oldest nephew, Tyrell Miles-Brown, who made it to the final of the ITYFL Cup, against my Old Skool mate Derick Fredericks, who is the defending cup champion.

Also, congratulations to the following managers who made it onto the highest score leader board. Derick Fredericks & Darren Ahmet (120 points) joint 8th highest this season. Abdul Rahmen (114 points) 10th highest this season.

Full steam ahead to the final day of the season. Make it count y’all.
