Did David Moyes forget he has left Everton and is now managing Man Utd? His antics so far suggest he has. From complaining about the early fixtures to trying to bid £28m for Baines and Fellaini then claiming Everton are holding back their progress in football. Moyes is exposing his small club mentality.
