It’s funny as for me, through my experience, his best position is not even listed as his position when the game starts. I feel he’s a beast at right-wing back.
If you allow him to develop into that position, it will be one of the best decisions you make. Originally from Ghana but with Germany citizenship.
The combination of the two makes for a highly competent, reliable, consistent footballer. His Ghanaian roots make him strong and athletic with bags of energy to get up and down the flanks. Also hardly gets beaten for pace.
His German roots make him good on the ball and intelligent with it, where his touch is superb and has an eye for a pass. Another huge bonus is he can play both left and right full back. Making him a must in any team.
Had four very good seasons with him until I had to succumb to Man City’s advances who in the end purchased him for £55m.
