Fantasy Football WEEK 3 Round Up

I TELL YAH INVITATIONAL LEAGUE

SEASON SIX

WEEK 3

This week in the Premier League, Liverpool strolled past Arsenal 3-1 at home. Man City beat Bournemouth away by the same score. Palace scored a last minute winner to shock Man Utd 2-1 at old Trafford. Newcastle shocked Spurs 1-0 away. Chelsea beat Norwich 3-2 away in a thriller. West Ham beat rock bottom Watford 3-1 away. Aston Villa beat Everton 2-0 at home. Leicester beat Sheff Utd 2-1 away. Southampton beat 10 man Brighton 2-0 away. Also, Wolves got a last minute penalty to secure a 1-1 draw with Burnley.

In the ITYIFL, Lee Barratt remains in the no1 spot and has even extended his lead slightly to 21 points. This was due to a modest, but decent given the circumstances 48 point week. Thanks manly due to captain Sterling (16) Aguero (13) and De Bruyne (5).

Apparently, last season’s runner up Mr James moves into second place with a decent 51 point week. This was thanks to the likes of Salah (15) Pukki (11) Sterling (8) and McGinn (6). I say apparently as perennial top ten man Danny Milton moves down into third, despite having the same points and the higher weekly total of 58 points. Doing the business were Salah (15) Pukki (11) Sterling (8) Cantwell (7) Martial (5) and De Bruyne (5).

Making up the Champions league places is Simon Sebhat with another decent 53 point week. This was due to points from captain Sterling (16) Pukki (11) Mount (8) Martial (5) and Alexander-Arnold (5). In fifth, but on the same points as fourth, thanks to a very decent weekly score of 63 points is Natalie Stigwood. This was due to contributions from captain Sterling (16) Aguero (13) Pukki (11) Lascelles (6) and Callum Wilson (5).

Moving up a monumental 18 places from 24th to 6th, making him this weeks Highest Mover and the all time highest mover in ITYIFL history, is my oldest nephew Tyrell Miles-Brown. This was due to an impressive weekly score of 72 points, which also made him this weeks Highest Scorer. Doing the business was captain Salah (30) Jimenez (9) Sterling (8) Callum Wilson (5) Ritchie (5) and Alexander-Arnold (5). Also moving up, into seventh, is Washington DC’s Greg C with a weekly score of 56 points. This was thanks to captain Sterling (16) Salah (15) Vardy (8) Martial (5) and Alexander-Arnold (5).

Moving down into 8th is my right hand man Tyrone Brown. His 40 point week was mainly due to captain Sterling (16) Ings (5) Aubameyang (5) and Alexander-Arnold (5). My youngest son and former ITYIFL champion Latrell Oscar is in joint 8th but 9th for the purpose of this. His 44 point week was due to contributions from captain Sterling (16) McGinn (6) Aubameyang (5) and Martial (5).

Making up the top ten is Sanjay Beecher with a decent weekly score of 53 points. This was mainly due to the likes of captain Sterling (16) Salah (15) and Pukki (11).

Full steam ahead to week 4. Last game week before the dreaded international break. Make it count ya’ll.
