Fantasy Football WEEK 37 Round Up

I TELL YAH INVITATIONAL LEAGUE

SEASON SIX

WEEK 37

This week in the Premier League, Liverpool beat Chelsea at home 5-3 to remain unbeaten at home in the league for a third consecutive season. Aston Villa climbed out the relegation zone with vital 1-0 win at home to Arsenal. Man City destroyed managerless Watford 4-0 away. Spurs beat Leicester 3-0 at home. Everton beat Sheff Utd 1-0 away. Southampton beat Bournemouth 2-0 away. Man Utd needed a equaliser to draw 1-1 at home to West Ham, also Newcastle got a 0-0 draw away at Brighton.

In the penultimate week of the ITYIFL, perennial top ten man Danny Milton remains in pole position to pick up the title next week, thanks to a decent weekly score of 69 points, leaving him 24 points ahead going into the final game week. Doing the business were captain Son (12) Alexander-Arnold (13) Doherty (12) Greenwood (9) De Bruyne (6) Martial (5) and Jimenez (5).

Mr Ever-Present Jeff Franklin remains in second, posed for a final week assault at taking the title. This is following a decent weekly score of 66 points, thanks to captain Martial (10) Alexander-Arnold (13) Greenwood (9) Stephens (8) De Bruyne (6) Fernandez (6) and Salah (5). Last season’s runner up, my Arsenal mate Mr James moves up into third, following an excellent weekly score of 88 points, just two off the highest weekly score. This was thanks to captain Martial (10) Sterling (17) Alexander-Arnold (13) Doherty (12) Greenwood (9) Patricio (7) Son (6) Tarkowski (6) and Jimenez (5).

This weeks joint Highest Mover was Timothy Stigwood, who moved up three places from 7th into a Champions League place in 4th, thanks to a very decent 76 point week. This was due to captain Greenwood (18) Sterling (17) Alexander-Arnold (13) Patricio (7) De Bruyne (6) and Jimenez (5). Washington DC’s Greg C moves down into fifth, despite a relatively decent free hit weekly score of 68 points. His contributions came from captain Martial (10) Alexander-Arnold (13) Greenwood (9) Antonio (9) De Bruyne (6) Tarkowski (6) and Pope (6).

Moving down into sixth place is Lee Barratt, following a weekly score of 49 points. His only real contributions came from captain Martial (10) Alexander-Arnold (13) Foden (8) and De Bruyne (6). Natalie Stigwood also moves down into seventh, following a very disappointing weekly score of 35 points, with only Greenwood (9) De Bruyne (6) Son (6) and Pope (6) providing any significant contributions.

My oldest mate Delroy Preddie remains in eighth place due to a 54 point week, thanks to captain De Bruyne (12) Alexander-Arnold (13) Digne (6) Jimenez (5) and Coady (5). Simon Sebhat moves up into ninth, due to a very decent weekly score of 75 points. This was thanks to captain De Bruyne (12) Alexander-Arnold (13) Jonny (13) Greenwood (9) Pulisic (9) Martial (5) and Salah (5).

Halifa S S moves down, but remains in the top ten following a weekly score of 48 points, with contributions only really from Alexander-Arnold (13) Richarlison (7) Martial (5) and Salah (5). This weeks Highest Scorer is my oldest nephew Tyrell Miles-Brown with a superb weekly score of 90 points. Doing the business were captain Sterling (34) Alexander-Arnold (13) Jonny (13) Trezeguet (10) Pope (6) and Robertson (5).

This weeks other joint Highest Mover was Filipino native Lyn Bautista who moved up three places from 24th to 21st, due to an excellent bench boost 88 point week, which was just two off the highest scorer. This was thanks to captain Martial (10) Alexander-Arnold (13) Walker (11) Greenwood (9) Pulisic (9) Foden (8) Pope (6) and Salah (5)

Just one more fantasy week to go, it’s been the longest Premier League season ever, but I’m sure we are all sad it’s coming to an end. Make it count ya’ll.
