Fantasy Football WEEK 9 Round Up

I TELL YAH INVITATIONAL LEAGUE

SEASON SIX

WEEK 9

This week in the Premier League, Sheffield United shocked Arsenal at home 1-0. Man City beat Crystal Palace away 2-0. Aston Villa came from a goal down to beat Brighton 2-1 with virtually the last kick of the game. Everton beat West Ham at home 2-0. Leicester beat Burnley 2-1 at home. Chelsea beat Newcastle 1-0 at home. Liverpool needed a late goal to draw with Man Utd 1-1 at Old Trafford. Spurs needed a controversial goal to draw at home 1-1 with Watford. Wolves needed a penalty to draw 1-1 at home with Southampton. Also Bournemouth and Norwich both got their first clean sheet of the season as they drew 0-0.

In a low scoring ITYIFL week, we have a new league leader. My oldest mate Delroy Preddie, in his first season leads he pack by just five points, thanks to given the circumstances, a decent weekly score of 43 points. Doing the business were captain De Bruyne (6) Grealish (13) Jimenez (7) and Lundstam (6).

Moving up into second place is Natalie Stigwood with a weekly score of 38 points. This was  thanks to captain Mane (4) James (6) B.Silva (6) Lundstram (6) and Sterling (5). Down into third is Lee Barratt due to a 33 point week, where his contributions came mainly from captain De Bruyne (6) Lundstram (6) and Sterling (5).

Remaining in fourth is perennial top ten man Danny Milton with a weekly score of 32 points. Due to only captain Kane (4) Lundstram (6) and Tomori (5). Simon Sebhat moves up into fifth place with a decent weekly score of 39 points. This was thanks to captain Sterling (10) Robertson (8) and Digne (6).

Also moving up, into sixth, is Washington DC’s Greg C, with a weekly score of 38 points. This was mainly due to points from captain Vardy (16) and Sterling (5). Down into seventh is Timothy Stigwood with a disappointing weekly score of 26 points, where his only real contributions came from captain Abraham (4) with De Bruyne, Mount, Cantwell and Patricio all providing 3 points.

Also moving down, into eighth is my oldest nephew Tyrell Miles-Brown with a weekly score of 33 points. This was due to the likes of Robertson (8) De Bruyne (6) James (6) and Sterling (5). Up into ninth, with a very decent weekly score of 46 points is last years runner up Mr James. Thanks to captain Vardy (16) Rico (8) and Sterling (5).

Moving up for his first foray in the top ten is my older brother Wayne Watson, thanks to a weekly score of 38 points. This was due to contributions from captain Van Dijk (4) Grealish (13) and Azpilicueta (6). This weeks Highest Scorer with, given the circumstances, an amazing weekly score of 54 points, which also made his this weeks Highest Mover as he moved up eight places from 21st to 13th was my youngest son and former champion Latrell Oscar. This was thanks to the likes of captain Sterling (10) David Silva (11) Hudson-Odoi (9) Azpilicueta (6) and Digne (6).

Full steam ahead to week 10 ya’ll.
