I TELL YAH INVITATIONAL LEAGUE

SEASON SIX

WEEK 35

This week in the Premier League Sheff Utd surprised all by brushing Chelsea aside at home 3-0. West Ham trounced Norwich 4-0 away with Antonio scoring all four to send Norwich to the Championship. Man City destroyed Brighton 5-0 away. Spurs left it late to snatch a 2-1 victory against Arsenal in the North London derby at home. Bournemouth got a much needed win beating Leicester 4-1 at home. Aston Villa also got a much needed victory beating Crystal Palace 2-0 at home. Wolves brushed aside Everton 3-0 at home. Watford needed two penalties to beat Newcastle 2-1 at home. Burnley became the first team to get a point at Anfield as they drew 1-1 at Liverpool and Southampton left it very late to draw 2-2 away at Man Utd.

In the ITYIFL, with just three game weeks left, in a very low scoring week, Danny Milton who took a significant step towards the title with a decent 59 point week, leaving him 20 points clear at the top of the table. Doing he business were captain Fernandes (10) Martial (13) Jimenez (8) Doherty (6) Ederson (6) and Baldock (5).

Mr Ever-Present Jeff Franklin remains in second, still within touching distance although losing some ground with weekly score of 43 points. His only real contributions came from captain Salah (4) Martial (13) Fernandes (5) and Rico (5). Lee Barratt solidifies his position in third and also made some ground on the top two, with a very decent weekly score of 63 points. This was thanks mainly to captain Fernandes (10) Sterling (21) Diop (10) and Henderson (8).

My Arsenal mate Mr James remains in a Champions League place following a bench boost weekly score of 52 points. This was due to captain Fernandes (10) Vardy (7) Doherty (6) Patricio (6) and off the bench Jimenez (8). Timothy Stigwood moves up to fifth due to a very decent 61 point week. This was thanks to the likes of Sterling (21) Jimenez (8) Vardy (7) Patricio (6) and Baldock (5).

Hot on his heels in an exciting domestic rivalry is Natalie Stigwood, who also moves up, into sixth, due to a decent 55 point week thanks to captain Fernandes (10) Son (13) Rashford (7) Vardy (7) Mahrez (6) and Baldock (5). Washington DC’s Greg C moves down into seventh, following a very disappointing weekly score of 34 points. With only captain De Bruyne (6) and Martial providing any significant points.

Halifa S S moves up into eighth, maintaining some good end of season form with a decent 51 point week. This was thanks to Martial (13) Dendoncker (9) Stevens (9) and Henderson (8). My oldest mate Delroy Preddie moves down into ninth continuing his terrible end of season form, with a disappointing weekly score of 39 points. His only real contributions came from captain De Bruyne (6) Jimenez (8) Vardy (7) and Coady (6).

Remaining in the top ten is Simon Sebhat, following a weekly score of 48 points. This was due to captain De Bruyne (6) Martial (13) Vardy (7) Jonny (6) and Baldock (5). This weeks Highest Scorer is surprisingly the bottom team, my Spurs mate Keith Wilson with a very decent 73 point week. Doing the business was mainly captain Sterling (42) Robertson (9) Boly (6) Patricio (6) and C.Wilson (5).

This weeks Highest Mover was Sanjay Beecher, who moves up four places from 25th to 21st, following a decent 59 point week. This was thanks to the likes of Son (13) Jimenez (8) Rashford (7) Walker (6) Coady (6) Fabiankski (6) and Fernandes (5).

Full steam ahead to week 36, which starts today, only three game weeks of the season left, make it count ya’ll.
