Fantasy Football S7 WEEK 2 Round Up

I TELL YAH INVITATIONAL LEAGUE

SEASON SEVEN

WEEK 2

This week in a record breaking Premier League, which saw the most goals scored ever. Crystal Palace secured back to back Old Trafford wins by beating Man Utd 3-1. Spurs destroyed Southampton’s high line with a 5-2 away win. Everton kept up their good early season form with a 5-2 home victory over WBA. Leeds were on the right side of a 4-3 win this time, as they beat Fulham at home. Brighton looked good as they beat Newcastle 3-0 away. Liverpool got a comfortable 2-0 away win at 10 man Chelsea. Arsenal just got past West Ham 2-1 at home. Leicester beat Burnley 4-2 at home. Man City beat Wolves 3-1 away and Villa just got past 10 man Sheff Utd 1-0 at home.

Naturally, with a record breaking week, there would inevitably be some high fantasy point scorers. None more so than the new league leader Timothy Stigwood, who is this weeks Highest Scorer with a superb wildcard weekly score of 97 points. Doing the business were captain Aubameyang (10) Calvert-Lewin (17) Mane (16) De Bruyne (13) Rodriguez (12) Castagne (9) Jimenez (6) Ryan (6) and Mitchell (5).

The defending champion Jeff Franklin moves up into second, due to a very decent 80 point week. This was thanks to the likes of captain Aubameyang (10) Son (24) Bamford (14) Ings (11) Alexander-Arnold (7) and Ryan (6). My Arsenal mate Mr James moves down one to third, following a wildcard weekly score of 74 points. This was due to captain Aubameyang (10) Calvert-Lewin (17) Martinez (13) Rodriguez (12) Alexander-Arnold (7) and Justin (7).

Lee Barratt moves up into a Champions League place with a very decent 83 point wildcard week. This was thanks to contributions from Calvert-Lewin (17) Bamford (14) De Bruyne (13) Rodriguez (12) Van Dijk (7) and Justin (7). My longtime mate Francis Norville also moves up, into fifth, thanks to a decent 74 point week. This was due to captain Aubameyang (10) Son (24) Zaha (15) Ceballos (8) and Alexander-Arnold (7).

Last seasons runner up Danny Milton also moves up, into sixth, thanks to a decent wildcard weekly score of 76 points. Thanks to captain Aubameyang (10) Calvert-Lewin (17) Bamford (14) Rodriguez (12) Ings (11) and Mitchell (5). My youngest son Latrell Oscar moves down into seventh, due to a 64 point week. His contributions came mainly from captain Aubameyang (10) Kane (21) Richarlison (12) and Rodriguez (12).

My oldest mate Delroy Preddie moves up into eighth, thanks to a very decent bench boost 79 point week. This was due to the likes of captain De Bruyne (26) Ings (11) Alexander-Arnold (7) Jimenez (6) Robertson (6) and off the bench Justin (7). Sanjay Beecher scored a very decent 85 points to move him up into ninth place. He can thank the likes of captain Aubameyang (10) Son (24) Mane (16) Mitrovic (12) Justin (7) Robertson (6) and Ryan (6).

Moving up into the top ten is former champ Charles Denton thanks to a 75 point week, with contributions mainly from captain Kane (42) Foden (9) and Van Dijk (7). This weeks Highest Mover was my oldest nephew Tyrell Miles-Brown, who moved up 13 places from 24th to 11th, putting him fourth on the all time list (where he leads the way with 18 places) thanks to an excellent 87 point week. Doing the business were captain De Bruyne (26) Son (24) Alisson (14) Alexander-Arnold (7) and Antonio (6).

We are now back in the swing of things. Full steam ahead to week 3, make it count ya’ll.
