Bio: I will start by saying this is potentially an elite defender. If you are a team who strive off a strong and stalwart defence, then look no further.
However, even if you are an attacking team, this is still a player for you. He seems to love defending, stopping players, heading, tackling and just being an absolute wall in front of his goal.
Ultra-consistent, I very rarely remember him being injured for any long periods. Has superb pace, which is why I rarely saw him beaten, but also his timing is top notch and always seems to be in the right place at the right time to win the ball.
What made him even better is for such a no-nonsense defender, he is well equipped to play in a passing team and is comfortable on the ball. He also became a regular in a star-studded French team.
With that said, when the game starts, he is on loan at Benfica from Barcelona, so it will be hard to get him at first. I would suggest tracking him for a season or so and trying to get him on loan initially.
But no matter how long it takes, I would advise you to keep trying as he will be well worth it.
