WEEK 14

This week in the Premier League, Liverpool destroyed Crystal Palace in their own back yard 7-0. Leicester surprised Tottenham beating them 2-0 away. Man Utd pummelled Leeds beating them 6-2 at home. Chelsea brushed West ham aside 3-0 at home. Everton poured more misery on Arsenal, beating them 2-1 at home. Aston Villa welcomed Sam Allardyce back to the Premier League by brushing WBA aside 3-0 away. Burnley beat Wolves 2-1 at home. 10 man Fulham fought to get a decent 1-1 draw at Newcastle, and 10 man Sheff Utd were minutes away from a win, but Brighton got a late equaliser to get a 1-1 draw at the Amex Stadium.

In the ITYIFL, Lee Barratt, after two weeks of chasing, returns to the top of the table, thanks to a very decent 77 point week. Doing the business were captain Fernandes (34) Grealish (10) Justin (8) Zouma (6) De Bruyne (5) and Calvert-Lewin (4).

Perennial top ten man Danny Milton moves down into second, however, just 3 points adrift, following a decent weekly score of 71 points. This was due to the likes of Fernandes (17) Salah (16) Vardy (12) Justin (8) and Martinez (6). Defending champion Jeff Franklin remains in third and closes the distance on the top two slightly, thanks to a very decent weekly score of 81 points. This was due to contributions from mainly captain Fernandes (34) Salah (16) Wilson (9) and Targett (6).

Making up the Champions League places and flying the flag for the ladies is Natalie Holder, with an excellent weekly score of 85 points. Thanks to the likes of captain Fernandes (34) Grealish (10) Robertson (10) Justin (8) and Martinez (6). My Arsenal mate Mr James remains in fifth, just four points behind, with an excellent 88 point week. This was due to captan Fernandes (34) Salah (16) Grealish (10) Stones (8) and Justin (8)

Tommy Warner storms up six places from 12th to sixth, making him this weeks Highest Mover, following a superb, free hit weekly score of 95 points. This also made him this weeks Highest Scorer, notching the second highest total this season. Doing the business were captain Fernendes (34) Salah (16) Grealish (10) Robertson (10) Wilson (9) and Martinez (6). This sees Owen Barnes move down into seventh, following a 66 point week. His contributions came from captain Fernandes (34) Zouma (6) Martinez (5) and De Bruyne (5).

Washington DC’s Greg C remains in eighth place, due to a decent weekly score of 74 points. This was thanks mainly to captain Fernandes (34) Salah (16) and Wilson (9). On equal points, moving up to joint eighth, but ninth for the purpose of this is Simon Sebhat, with an excellent 81 point week. This was thanks to captain Fernandes (34) Vardy (12) Grealish (10) Canelo (8) and Mendy (6).

Moving down, but making up the top ten is former champ, ahm Charles Denton, with a weekly score of 66 points. This was due to the likes of captain Salah (32) Wilson (9) Zouma  (6) and Emerson (6).
