Bio: I am not sure if this would be one for the very top teams, however, if you are a team trying to get in and amongst the very top teams, then you can do much worse than to sign him. What I liked the most is he is a a proper defender, a full back whose main objective is to defend. He is a solid and steady individual, who is extremely consistent on the right flank. Very rarely would you see your right side get bombarded or overwhelmed with attacks if he is playing. But with that said, he does get forward as much as possible and due to his natural fitness, always seems to get back and cover the spaces. What really impressed and surprised me was his decent range of passing, one and two touch, but more so, his crosses in the box. He doesn’t get high numbers on the assists table, but more often then not, he will put a decent or dangerous ball into the box, that will trouble the opponent. A plus is he could also play centre back and at times I deployed him on the right of a back three, to good effect. His reliable and consistent performances did eventually allow him to become a French international, although he wasn’t a regular.
