PREMIER LEAGUE SEASON 2024/25 FINAL TABLE PREDICTIONS

Although we’ve had a football-filled summer with the Euros and the Men’s and Women’s Olympics, the Premier League is always missed and it is always good to have it back.

As always, the transfer window is still a few weeks from closing. So, we don’t quite know how the teams will look in September. Nevertheless, after two seasons of coming so close, I expect Arsenal to win the league this season. if they don’t win this season, when will they?

If not, then I am sure Man City, who I am predicting to finish second, will be more than happy to make it five in a row, this is providing their 115 charges don’t put a massive spanner in the works.

I don’t see any team, aside from the top two challenging. But in terms of the top four, I see several teams challenging. However, after a few baron seasons, I am picking Chelsea to finally get it right with all their signings clicking and finish third.

But it could be touch and go with Man Utd who could also finish third, but I have chosen them to finish in that last Champions League place.

I am predicting Liverpool’s new era to go not so well, just missing out on a Champions League place in fifth, although they could finish lower with their escapades, or lack thereof in the transfer market.

Closely pushed by Tottenham in sixth and maybe even Newcastle in seventh, who had a taste of the high life but struggled with the demands of Champions League football.

That may be the case this season for Aston Villa, and for that reason, I am predicting them to finish in eighth. With West Ham, who look promising pushing them in ninth.

The next positions will be tough to predict but I am going with Brighton to finish in a comfortable midtable position of tenth, and Everton to have a much less drama-filled season this term and finish in eleventh.

However, they could exchange and swap positions with Brentford, who I am predicting to finish twelfth, or Fulham, who I think will finish in unlucky thirteenth.

Just below them, I am going with Crystal Palace, after losing some of their main men to finish in fourteenth. Wolves, starving off a real relegation fight to finish in fifteenth.

For the teams fighting relegation. I am predicting Leicester to finish in a more comfortable position than they did the last time they were in the Premier League, in sixteenth. Bournemouth, using their experience to escape the drop to finish seventeenth.

Sadly, my prediction for the relegated teams starts with Notts Forest losing their league status in eighteenth place. Southampton to finish one off the bottom in nineteen and Ipswich finish bottom of the table.
