WEEK 22

This week in the Premier League, Man United brushed past City in the Manchester derby, 2-0 at home. Everton ended Villa’s long unbeaten home run with a 1-0 win at Villa Park. West Ham heaped more misery on Spurs with a 2-1 away win in a London derby.

Chelsea eased past Brentford 2-0 in a West London derby. Leeds beat Fulham 1-0 at home. Sunderland beat Crystal Palace 2-1 at home. Burnley got a late equaliser to draw 1-1 at Liverpool.

Brighton got a spectacular late goal to draw 1-1 at home to Bournemouth. Arsenal drew 0-0 at Forest, and Wolves drew 0-0 at home to Newcastle.

In the ITYLF, Coach Simz, Simeon Edwards, extended his lead at the top to 41 points. Due to his 39 point weekly score. With captain Haaland (4) Dorgu (15) Gabriel (8), and Rice (3).

Former champ (ahem) Charles Denton remains in second place, following a modest 30 point week and main contributions from captain Haaland (4) Gabriel (8) Bruno Guimaraes (3) Rice (3) and Senesi (3).

Just two points behind is third, my old football club mate Darren Micheal, who had a weekly score of 39 points due to captain Haaland (4) Sanchez (11) Mukiele (6) Rodon (6) Bruno Guimaraes (3) and Rice (3).

My longtime bredrin Francis Norville makes up the Champions League places in fourth, and closes the distance slightly, following his decent 42 point week, with captain Haaland (4) Thiaw (9) Chalobah (8) Gabriel (8) and Rice (3).

Moving up to fifth place is my oldest son, under his alias Tommy Devito. who also had a weekly score of 42 points, his main contributions came from captain Haaland (4) Chalobah (8) Gabriel (8) Raya (6) and Timber (5). This sees Owen Barnes down to sixth, just a point behind following a 41 point week, with captain Haaland (4) Pickford (10) Gabriel (8) Timber (5) Bruno Guimaraes (3), and Rice (3).

Two-time champ Jeff Franklin stays in seventh due to a 31 point weekly score and contributions from captain Haaland (4) Wirtz (10) Timber (5), and Neto (3). This week’s joint Highest Mover was Tommy Lee, who moved up three places from 11th to 8th, thanks to a superb weekly score of 61 points. Which also made him this week’s Highest Scorer. Doing the business were vice captain Bowen (6) Mbeumo (9) Gabriel (8) Joao Pedro (8) Murillo (8) Pope (6) Timber (5) Gibbs-White (3), and Rice (3).

This sees my middle son Jahsiah Tobierre move down to ninth, but just a point behind following his 37 point week, with captain Thiago (4) Chalobah (8) Gabriel (8) Bruno Guimaraes (3), and Rice (3). Also moving down, but holding onto a top ten spot is my youngest son and former champ Latrell Oscar, despite a decent 43 point weekly score due to captain Rogers (4) Gabriel (8) Saliba (8) Mukiele (6) Raya (6) Bruno Guimaraes (3) and Gordon (3).

This week’s other joint Highest Mover was Timothy Stigwood, who also moved up three places from 18th to 15th, following a decent weekly score of 46 points and contributions from captain Haaland (4) Fernandes (10) Mbeumo (9) White (6) Timber (5) and Senesi (3).
