WEEK 7

This week in the Premier League, Man City beat Everton away 3-1. 10 man Tottenham beat Southampton 2-1 at home. Leicester trounced 10 man Newcastle 5-0. Liverpool just sneaked past Sheff Utd away 1-0. Chelsea beat Brighton 2-0. Crystal Palace beat Norwich by the same score. Wolves beat Watford also by the same score. Aston Villa drew with Burnley at Villa Park 2-2. West Ham drew at Bournemouth 2-2 and Man Utd drew with Arsenal at Old Trafford 1-1.

In the ITYIFL, we have a new league leader. Lee Barratt notched up a superb weekly score of 68 points, to put him back on top by a mere four points. Doing the business were captain De Bruyne (18) Matip (9) Patricio (9) Boly (7) Sterling (7) and Soyuncu (6).

Natalie Stigwood moves down into second following a disappointing weekly score of 42 points, with contributions only from captain Aguero (8) Sterling (7) C.Wilson (6) Soyuncu (6) and Adrian (5). Perennial top ten man and joint September manager of the month Danny Milton remains in third, only 16 points off the top, due to a weekly score of 55 points. This was thanks to the likes of captan Salah (6) De Bruyne (9) Matip (9) Kane (8) Mount (6) and Kelly (6).

Moving up into the Champions League places in fourth is joint September manager of the month Timothy Stigwood, with a very decent weekly score of 62 points. This was due to De Bruyne (9) Kane (8) McGinn (8) Boly (7) Mount (6) Pieters (6) and Alexander-Arnold (6). Also moving up, into fifth, is my oldest mate Delroy Preddie, another who had a very decent weekly score, notching 64 points. Doing the business were captain De Bruyne (18) Guaita (9) Kane (8) Cody (7) Zaha (6) and Alexander-Arnold (6).

My oldest nephew Tyrell Miles-Brown also moved up, into sixth, this is due to a decent weekly score of 59 points. Thanks to captain Salah (6) De Bruyne (9) Sterling (7) Cahill (6) Kelly (6) Robertson (6) Alexander-Arnold (6) and C.Wilson (6). Simon Sebhat moves down into seventh following a weekly score of 49 points. Where his only real contributions came from captain Sterling (14) Ndombele (7) Kelly (6) Robertson (6) and Alexander-Arnold (6).

Also moving down into eighth is last years runner up Mr James with a weekly score of 48 points, with contributions only from De Bruyne (9) McGinn (8) Sterling (7) C.Wilson and Alexander-Arnold (6). Washington DC’s Greg C moves up into ninth, with an impressive weekly score of 65 points. This was thanks to captain Sterling (14) Vardy (12) King (12) Mount (6) Pieters (6) and Alexander-Arnold (6).

Moving up into the top ten is Kool FM’s Pressure X. With a very decent weekly score of 63 points. This was thanks to the likes of De Bruyne (9) Patricio (9) Van Dijk (8) Mount (6) Pieters (6) Van Aanholt (6) and Alexander-Arnold (6). This weeks Highest Scorer is my youngest son and former ITYIFL champion Latrell Oscar with a very impressive, wildcard played, weekly score of 73 points. Which also made him this weeks Highest mover, as he moved nine places from 25th to 16th. Thanks to captain Sterling (14) Aubameyang (9) Yarmolenko (9) Matip (9) McGinn (8) Kane (8) and Azpilicueta (7).

Next week is the last game week before another international break. So make it count ya’ll.
