WEEK 36

This week in the Premier League, Crystal Palace destroyed an injury-hit Man Utd 4-0 at home. Arsenal eased past Bournemouth 3-0 at home to stay top. Man City brushed past Wolves 5-1 at home to stay one point off the top with a game in hand. Liverpool fending off a late comeback from Spurs to beat them 4-2 at home.

Newcastle eased past Burnley 4-1 away. Chelsea destroyed West Ham 5-0 at home. Brighton beat Aston Villa 1-0 at home. Notts Forest beat Sheff Utd 3-1 away. Also, Brentford played out a 0-0 draw at home to Fulham.

In the ITYFL, former back-to-back champ Danny Milton took a giant step towards an illustrious third title with a superb 96 point weekly score, thanks to captain Haaland (42) Palmer (8) Gabriel (7). Isak (7) Son (7) Gordon (6) Petrovic (6) Foden (5) and Joao Pedro (5),

The defending two-time champ, Jeff Franklin, closes the distance in second to 19 points due to his excellent 112 point week, the 7th highest this season, making him this week’s Highest Scorer. Doing the business was captain Haaland (42) Jackson (16) Palmer (8) Gabriel (7) Isak (7) Son (7) Gordon (6) Petrovic (6) White (6), and Foden (5).

Former champ, ahem Charles Denton remains third, losing distance on the top two, following his weekly score of 72 points. With captain Isak (14) Saka (10) Palmer (8) Gabriel (7) Gordon (6) Mateta (6) Petrovic (6) White (6), and Foden (5).

This week’s joint Highest Mover is my oldest son, under his alias Tommy Devito, who moved up two places from 6th to 4th with a 64 point week, and is pushing for a top-four finish. His contributions came from captain Foden (10) Saka (10) Palmer (8) Isak (7) Gordon (6) Henderson (6) Saliba (6), and White (6).

In fifth place is my middle son Jahsiah Tobierrie, following his disappointing 54 point weekly score. Due to captain Foden (10) Saka (10) Palmer (8) Gabriel (7) Saliba (6) and J.Alvarez (5). Sanjay Beecher moved down to sixth due to a modest 51 point weekly score, with captain Foden (10) Palmer (8) Son (7) Gvardiol (6) J.Alvarez (5) and Havertz (5).

My youngest son and former champ Latrell Oscar moved up two places from 9th to 7th, making him this week’s joint Highest Mover, with an excellent 101 point week. Thanks to captain Halland (42) Saka (10) Palmer (8) Gabriel (7) Isak (7) Robinson (7) Gordon (6) Raya (6) and J.Alvarez (5). Just a point behind in eighth is Owen Barnes, following his weekly score of 57 points due to captain Son (14) Salah (13) Palmer (8) Anderson (6) and Saliba (6).

Down to ninth place is my coaching partner Francis Norville with a 56 point weekly score. His contributions came from captain Son (14) Palmer (8) Mateta (6) Saliba (6) White (6) Foden (5). Moving up into tenth is Timothy Stigwood thanks to his superb 90 point week, due to captain Haaland (42) Saka (10) Palmer (8) Gabriel (7) Leno (6) Saliba (6) and Foden (5).

This week’s third joint Highest Mover is my blood brother Wayne Watson, who moved up two places from 20th to 18th, with a bench boost 76 point weekly score. Following Haaland (21) Mitchell (12) Gabriel (7) Son (7) Foden (5), and from off the bench, Robinson (7).
