Fantasy Football WEEK 28 Round Up

I TELL YAH INVITATIONAL LEAGUE

SEASON SIX

WEEK 28

This week in the Premier League, Watford shocked one and all to end Liverpool’s unbeaten record and quest for invincibility with a 3-0 win at home. Wolves came from behind twice to beat Spurs 3-2 away. Norwich surprised Leicester with a 1-0 home win. West Ham beat Southampton 3-1 at home. Crystal Palace beat Brighton 1-0 away. Bournemouth drew at Chelsea 2-2. There were two goalkeeper mistakes as Man Utd drew 1-1 at Everton also, Burnley drew at Newcastle 0-0.

With one less game in a very low scoring fantasy week, perennial top ten man Danny Milton remains on top via a wafer thin 3 points, due to a 34 point week. His contributions came from vice captain Mane (4) B.Fernandes (10) and Jimenez (7).

Mr ever-present Jeff Franklin remains in second with a weekly score of 33 points, this was due to captain Salah (4) B.Fernandes (10) and Calvert-Lewin (7). Lee Barratt moves up into third with a very decent 43 point week. This was thanks to Jota (12) B.Fernandes (10) Taylor (6) and Hanley (5).

Last season’s runner up Mr James moves down into fourth despite a 40 point week. This was due to captain Salah (4) B.Fernandes (10) Pope (10) and Jimenez (7). Timothy Stigwood remains in fifth, following a free hit weekly score of 32 points. His only real contributions came from vice captain Salah (4) Aurier (7) and Jimenez (7).

My oldest mate Delroy Preddie remains in sixth following a weekly score of 32 points, with contributions only from Guaita (11) Ayew (7) and Jimenez (7). Natalie Stigwood remains in seventh thanks to a weekly score of 37 points due to vice captain Salah (4) Pope (10) Alli (8) and Calvert-Lewin (7).

Washington DC’s Greg C remains in eighth place despite a disastrous weekly score of 13 points, with not one player scoring more than two points and that’s including his captain Alexander-Arnold. Nordin Gharib stays in ninth with a decent 39 point week. He can thank the likes of captain Salah (4) B.Fernandes (10) Jimenez (7) and Tarkowski (6).

February manager of the month Halifa S S remains in the top ten following a weekly score of 33 points, this was only due captain B.Fernandes (20). This weeks Highest Scorer was Sanjay Beecher with a very decent, free hit, 45 point week, which also made him this weeks Highest Mover, as he moved up three places from 26th to 23rd. This was thanks to captain Salah (4) B.Fernandes (10) Pope (10) and Fernandez (8).

Roll on week 29, we are officially on the final stretch, make it count ya’ll.
