SEASON FIVE

WEEK 12

This week in the Premier League. Man City showed their class against Man Utd in an easy 3-1 derby win. Liverpool beat Fulham 2-0 at Anfield. Spurs sneaked past Palace away 1-0. Cardiff beat 10 man Brighton with a last-minute goal. Newcastle beat Bournemouth 2-1 at home. Huddersfield drew at home with West Ham 1-1. As did Southampton and Watford in a controversial game. Arsenal were fortunate to get a 1-1 draw at home to Wolves. Leicester and Burnley drew 0-0 in the first game at the King Power stadium following Vichai Srivaddhanaproabha’s death. Also Chelsea and Everton battled to a 0-0 draw. 

In the ITYIFL. Halifa S S remains on top while extending the lead to 12 points, thanks to a decent weekly score of 58 points. This was due to captain Hazard (6) Aguero (7) Bernardo Silva (10) Martial (7) Alexander-Arnold (11) and Alisson (7). 

My Arsenal mate Mr James remains in second, while losing ground slightly, following a weekly score of 54 points thanks to the likes of captain Salah (16). Aguero (7) Martial (7) and Robertson (12). Yours Truly storms into third place with an excellent weekly score of 69. Making me this weeks joint Highest Scorer. Doing the business for me were captain Salah (16) Aguero (7) Bernardo Silva (10) Alexander-Arnold (11) Alonso (8) and Digne (7). 

Ahm Charles Denton moves down one into fourth. Despite a decent weekly score of 63 points. Thanks to captain Salah (16) Aguero (7) Fraser (6) Alexander-Arnold (11) and Dunk (9). Also down into fifth place is newcomer Simon Sebhat, with a disappointing weekly score of 40 points. Where his only real contributions came from captain Hazard (6) Fraser (6) and Robertson (12).

My Spurs mate Keith Wilson remains in sixth place with a weekly score of 56 points, thanks to the likes of captain Aguero (14) Robertson (12) Alonso (8) and Alisson (7). Last years runner-up Greg C continues his recent good form by ominously moving up into seventh place, with a respectable 63 point week. This was due to captain Salah (16) Aguero (7) Ings (6) Robertson (12) and Dunk (9). 

Also moving up, into eighth place is Lee Barratt with a weekly score of 58 points. Thanks to contributions from captain Lacazette (4) Aguero (7) Jimenez (6) Martial (7) Alexander-Arnold (11) and Hart (10). This weeks other joint Highest Scorer was Tommy Warner. Who moved up into ninth place due to his weekly score of 69 points Doing the business were captain Salah (16) Aguero (7) Filipe Anderson (9) Robertson (12) Alonso (8) and Fabianksi (5)

Down, but holding onto a top ten place by just one point is Owen Barnes. This was due to a very disappointing weekly score of 40 points, where his only real points contributions came from captain Hazard (6) Aguero (7) and Robertson (12). This weeks Highest Mover was Kool FM’s Pressure X. Who moved five places from 20th to 15th thanks to a weekly score of 59 points due to contributions from captain Aguero (14) Fraser (6) Robertson (12) Alonso (8) and Van Dijk (7). 

Unfortunately there is another international break, so no fantasy next week. Enjoy the nations cup games and I’ll see ya’ll on the other side.
