I TELL YAH INVITATIONAL LEAGUE

SEASON TEN

WEEK 13

This week in the Premier League, Newcastle destroyed Chelsea at home 4-1. Arsenal snatched a late 1-0 victory at Brentford to go top. Aston Villa came from behind to beat Spurs 2-1 away. Man Utd eased past Everton away 3-0. 

Brighton got a 3-2 victory at Notts Forest. Fulham beat Wolves 3-2 at home in a VAR heavy game. Luton beat Crystal Palace 2-1 at home. West Ham got two very late goals to beat Burnley 2-1 away. 

Bournemouth beat Sheff Utd away 3-1, and Liverpool drew 1-1 at Man City in the only game that ended level this week. 

In a low-scoring ITYFL, Owen Barnes benefited from the modest scores this week to remain top via just 13 points, thanks to his 48 point week score. Due to captain Haaland (14) Hee Chan (7) Saliba (6) Pedro Porro (5) Salah (5), and Watkins (5). 

My oldest son, under his alias Tommy Devito, stays in second, also with a weekly score of 48 points, with contributions coming from captain Haaland (14) Saka (8) Gabriel (6), Doku (5) and Watkins (5). 

Moving up into third, just 16 points off the top, is my coaching partner Francis Norville,  who scored an excellent 72 point week, making him this week’s Highest Scorer by some margin. Doing the business was captain Haaland (14) Gordon (13) Kluivert (10) Saka (8) Saliba (6) Doku (5) Salah (5), and Watkins (5). 

My blood brother Wayne Watson stays in a Champions League place following his 48 point weekly score. Due to captain Haaland (14) Saka (8) Saliba (6) Ferguson (5), and Salah (5). Former champ, ahem Charles Denton moves down to fifth with a weekly score of 40 points. His contributions came from captain Haaland (14) Saka (8), and Saliba (6).

My middle son Jahsiah Tobierrie moves up to sixth place due to his 45 point weekly score, thanks to captain Salah (10) Haaland (7) Saka (8) Saliba (6) and Watkins (5). This sees Sanjay Beecher move down to seventh, following his disappointing 32 point week. His contributions came from captain Salah (10) Haaland (7) Morris (5), and Watkins (5). 

Up into eighth place is my Spurs mate Keith Wilson, with another 48 point weekly score. Due to captain Haaland (14) Saka (8) Ake (7) Almiron (6), and Watkins (5). Also moving up into ninth is Washington DC’s Greg Cabana, due to a decent 56 point week. Thanks to captain Saka (16) Haaland (7) Hee Chan (7) Lascelles (7) Saka (5), and Watkins (5).

Simon Sebhat moves into the top ten, following his decent weekly score of 55 points. Thanks to captain Saka (16) Garnacho (8) Rashford (8) Haaland (7) Saliba (6) Salah (5), and Watkins (5). This week’s Highest Mover was my oldest nephew Tyrell Miles-Brown, who moved up sixth places from 20th to 14th, thanks to his very decent 61 point week. Doing the business was captain Watkins (10) Gordon (13) Dalot (12) Alexander-Arnold (8) Haaland (7), and Doku (5). 

Full steam ahead to week 14, with week 15 just three days after. Make it count y’all.
