WEEK 10

This week in the Premier League, Liverpool left it very late to score a stoppage time winner for a come from behind 2-1 win at Aston Villa. Man City also had to come from behind but didn’t leave it so late to beat Southampton 2-1 at home. Bournemouth beat Man Utd 1-0 at home. Leicester looked good as they despatched Palace 2-0 away. Sheff Utd are defying all the odds and are up to sixth after brushing aside Burnley 3-0 at home. Newcastle beat West Ham 3-2 away. Brighton beat Norwich 2-0 at home. Chelsea beat Watford 2-1 away. Wolves drew 1-1 with Arsenal at the Emirates and Everton left it late to draw 1-1 with Spurs at Goodison park.

In the ITYIFL, Natalie Stigwood has extended her lead at the top of the table from two to six points, with an excellent 81 point week, making her this weeks joint Highest Scorer. Doing the business were captain Aguero (12) Lundstram (21) Soyuncu (14) Mane (12) and Abraham (12).

My oldest mate Delroy Preddie remains in second and cannot be too disappointed with his weekly score of 77 points. This was thanks to the likes of Lundstram (21) Mane (12) Maddison (9) Jimenez (9) Duffy (7) and Alexander-Arnold (7). In third, also with a weekly score of 77 points is Lee Barratt, this was due to points from Lundstram (21) Soyuncu (14) Abraham (12) Vardy (6) Aguero (6) and Henderson (6).

Perennial top ten man Danny Milton remains in the Champions League places with a weekly score of 59 points. This is due to contributions from naturally, Lundstram (21) also Abraham (12) Vardy (6) and Ryan (6). Washington DC’s Greg C remains in fifth place thanks to a weekly score of 61 points. This was due to the likes of Abraham (12) Willems (8) King (7) Dunk (7) Alexander-Arnold (7) Vardy (6) and Ryan (6).

Last years runner up Mr James moves up into sixth place, due to being the other joint Highest Scorer with a superb 81 points. This was thanks to captain Aguero (12) Lundstram (21) Abraham (12) Dunk (7) Alexander-Arnold (7) Chilwell (6) Vardy (6) and Ryan (6). Simon Sebhat remains in seventh with a weekly score of 50, due to points from Abraham (12) Robertson (9) Maddison (9) and Alexander-Arnold (7).

My right hand man Tyrone Brown moves back up into the top ten in eighth, thanks to a decent weekly score of 70 points. This was thanks to the likes of captain Vardy (12) Mane (12) Jimenez (9) Aubameyang (8) Alexander-Arnold (7) Ake (6) Ryan (6) and McGinn (5). Timothy Stigwood moves down into ninth, due to a disappointing weekly score of 42 points, with contributions only really from Abraham (12) Alexander-Arnold (7) Evans (5) and McGinn (5).

Mr Paul Jarvis moves up into the top ten thanks to a weekly score of 68 points. This was due to captain Aguero (12) Lundstram (21) Abraham (12) and Dunk (7). This weeks joint Highest Movers was firstly Yours Truly, I moved up 8 places from 23rd to 15th due to a weekly score of 76 points. This was thanks to Lundstram (21) Abraham (12) Montoya (12) Aubameyang (8) Aguero (6) and Digne (6).

Also, my middle son Jahsiah Tobierre who moved up 8 places from 26th to 18th due to a decent weekly score of 74 points, thanks to Lundstram (21) Mane (12) Aubameyang (8) King (7) Alexander-Arnold (7) Rico (6) and McGinn (5). Lastly, just want to send a special mention to October’s manager of the month Nordin Gharib who scored 174 points last month, 15 points more than anyone else.
