Fantasy Football S8 WEEK 13 Round Up

I TELL YAH INVITATIONAL LEAGUE

SEASON EIGHT

WEEK 13

This week in the Premier League, Liverpool brushed Southampton aside 4-0 at Anfield to equal a record of 17th consecutive game scoring two or more goals. Leicester beat Watford 4-2 at home. Man City left it late to beat West Ham 2-1 at home. Steven Gerrard’s Aston Villa inflicted a first home defeat on Patrick Viera’s Crystal Palace, with a 2-1 win. Brentford beat a struggling Everton 1-0 at home. Arsenal beat Newcastle 2-0 at home. Jorginho redeem his mistake by scoring a penalty as Chelsea drew 1-1 at home to Man Utd. Brighton drew 0-0 at home to Leeds and Norwich drew 0-0 at home to Wolves.

In the ITYIFL, defending champion Danny Milton remains on top, but for the first time in a while, he recorded a modest weekly score with a 43 point week. This was mainly due to captain Salah (12) Alexander-Arnold (9) and Sanchez (8).

Taking advantage of a slight opening, my youngest son and former champ Latrell Oscar closes the distance at the top to 41 points, thanks to a very decent 64 point weekly score. Due to contributions from captain Salah (12) Van Dijk (15) Dennis (10) Cucurella (9) and Ramsdale (7). Sanjay Beecher breezes up into third place, thanks to a superb 70 point week, making him this week’s Highest Scorer. Doing the business were captain Salah (12) Vardy (12) Alexander-Arnold (8) Sanchez (8) Coady (8) Henry (6) and White (6).

This sees Washington DC’s Greg Cabana move down to fourth, following a disappointing 35 pont week, where his only real contributions came from Salah (12) and Alexander-Arnold (9). Another former champ Jeff Franklin is in fifth, following his somewhat disappointing weekly score of 37 points. With contributions mainly from captain Salah (12) and Tomiyasu (12).

My coaching partner Francis Norville remains in sixth, thanks to a steady 45 point weekly score. This was due to captain Salah (12) Alexander-Arnold (12) Toney (9) and White (6). My right-hand man Tyrone Brown remains in seventh, thanks to his modest 42 point week. With contributions mainly from the likes of captain Salah (12) Vardy (12) and Pinnock (6).

Owen Barnes moves up into eighth place following his weekly score of 40 points, which was mainly due to captain Salah (12) and Vardy (12). Pressure X also moves up, to ninth, following his decent 49 point week. This was thanks to the Liverpool trio of captain Salah (12) Van Dijk (15) and Alexander-Arnold (9).

Moving down, but still making up the top ten is Nordin Gharib following a 39 point weekly score. With contributions mainly due to captain Salah (12) and Alexander-Arnold (9). This week’s Highest Mover was Lord Ramadhan who moves up seven places from 19th to 12th, thanks to a very decent 67 point weekly score. Doing the business were captain Salah (12) Tomiyasu (12) Vardy (12) Alexander-Arnold (9) Sanchez (8) and Jansson (5).

Full steam ahead to week 14. It’s a quick turnaround with midweek games, make it count y’all.
