3 Minute Rant: England’s football progression needs improving

England really needs to revamp their football progression from the U21’s to the senior team. After the U21’s poor showing in another tournament, where they could have easily played some of the better younger players, instead of keeping them for World Cup qualifiers, which were never going to be a struggle.
