SEASON FIVE

WEEK 2

This week in the Premier League. Chelsea sneaked past Arsenal in a 3-2 thriller. Man City smashed six past Huddersfield in a 6-1 win. Brighton shocked Man Utd 3-2 at home. Bournemouth beat West Ham away 2-1. Spurs made hard work of beating Fulham at Wembley 3-1. As did Liverpool in a spirited 2-0 away win at Palace. Watford beat Burnley away 3-1. Leicester beat Wolves 2-0. Everton beat Southampton 2-1 while Newcastle and Cardiff drew 0-0. 

In the ITYIFL. Newcomer Sanjay Beecher is certainly making his presence felt by leading the way at the top of the table, with an impressive week score of 87. This was thanks to captain Aguero (40). Arnautovic (8). Mane (10). Salah (9). Richarlison (9) and Van Dijk (6). 

Halifa SS is down into second place. Losing ground slightly with a weekly score of 73, due to captain Mane (20). Lukaku (8). Richarlison (9). Trippier (11). Tarkowski (7) and Schmeichel (6). Up into third place in my Spurs mate Keith Wilson. Whose weekly score of 78 was down to captain Salah (18). Arnautovic (8). Kane (7). Wilson (6). Richarlison (9) Doucoure (6). Alonso (13) and Alisson (6). 

Making up the Champions League places and this weeks Highest Scorer with 91 is Lee Barratt. Who will be satisfied with his early wildcard decision. Doing the business were captain Aguero (40). Mane (10). Richarlison (9). Pogba (8). Mendy (8) and Alexander-Arnold (5). In fifth place comes my Arsenal mate Mr James. Whose contributions came from captain Aguero (40). Salah (9). Richarlison (9) Mendy (8) and Robertson (7) for a respectable weekly score of 84. 

In sixth place is Yours Truly. I can thank the likes of captain Aguero (40). Arnautovic (8). Salah (9). Mendy (8) and Alexander-Arnold (5) for a decent weekly score of 80. Down into seventh is Kool FM’s Pressure X. Whose weekly score of 61 came from captain Kane (14).  Salah (9). Richarlison (9). Mendy (8). Van Dijk (6) and Alisson (6). 

In eighth is another newcomer Simon Sebhat. Although down in the league. His 60 points was contributed by captain Salah (18). Mkhitaryan (12). Mendy (8) and Robertson (7). In ninth, moving up 11 places from 20th, making him this weeks Highest Mover is my big nephew Tyrell Miles-Brown. Who is another who can be happy with his early wildcard decision, which led to a weekly score of 86. This was due to captain Aguero (40). Walcott (13). Salah (9). Mendy (8) and Ederson (5). 

In tenth place comes my oldest son Romario Martin. Another who decided to play an early wildcard. His weekly total contributions came from Kane (7). Richarlison (9). Alonso (13) Trippier (11) and Ederson (5).

We are right back in the swing of things. Roll on week three ya’ll.
