I TELL YAH INVITATIONAL LEAGUE

SEASON SIX

WEEK 5

This week in the Premier League, Norwich produced the shock of the season so far by beating Man City 3-2 at home in a thrilling game. Chelsea hammered Wolves 5-2 away. Tottenham hammered Palace at home 4-0. Liverpool strolled past Newcastle 3-1 at home after an early scare. Bournemouth beat Everton 3-1 at home. Man Utd beat Leicester 1-0 at home. Southampton beat Sheff Utd away by the same score. In a great game, Watford came from two goals down at half time, to draw with Arsenal 2-2 at home. Burnley needed a last minute goal to snatch a draw at Brighton 1-1. Also, Aston Villa and West Ham played out a 0-0 draw.

In the ITYIFL. We have a new league leader. Natalie Stigwood racked up an impressive weekly score of 67 points to move 16 points ahead at the top. Doing the business, were mainly captain Aguero (12) Mane (15) C.Wilson (13) and Pukki (12).

Moving down into second is August manager of the month Lee Barratt, with given the circumstances, a disappointing weekly score of 44 points. His only real contributions came from Pukki (12) Salah (9) Aguero (6) and Maguire (6). My oldest nephew Tyrell Miles-Brown remains in third with a decent weekly score of 53 points. He can thank the likes of captain Salah (18) Pukki (12) Lloris (8) and Robertson (5).

Timothy Stigwood moves up into a Champions League place thanks to a superb weekly score of 74 points, making him this weeks Highest Scorer. This is due to captain Salah (18) Abraham (14) Pukki (12) Mount (9) Heaton (6) and Kane (5). Also moving up, into fifth is Simon Sebhat, with a decent weekly score of 57 points. This was thanks to Pukki (12) Mount (9) De Gea (9) Wan-Bissaka (6) Robertson (5) and Kane (5).

Down into sixth place is perennial top ten man Danny Milton with a weekly score of 52 points, due to contributions from Pukki (12) Salah (9) Fredericks (8) Cantwell (6) and Kane (5). Also down, into seventh is last seasons runner up Mr James, with a weekly score of 50 points. This was mainly due to captain Salah (18) Pukki (12) and Aguero (6).

Up into eighth is Owen Barnes with a decent 61 point week, thanks to captain Salah (18) Aubameyang (13) Pukki (12) and Fraser (7). Filipino native Lyn Bautista remains in ninth place with a respectable weekly score of 54 points. This was due to the likes of Mane (15) Pukki (12) Fraser (7) Aguero (6) and Robertson (5).

My youngest nephew, the actor Tahj Miles moves down, but stays in the top ten despite a disappointing weekly score of 44 points. His only real contributions came from captain Salah (18) Firmino (8) and Wan-Bissaka (6). This weeks Highest Movers were my Spurs mate Keith Wilson, who moved up seven places from 22nd to 15th with a very decent weekly score of 67 points. This was thanks to Abraham (14) C.Wilson (13) Mount (9) Lloris (8) Robertson (5) Vestergaard (5) and Kane (5).

Also, Mr Paul Jarvis, who moved up seven places from 25th to 18th, with an equally decent weekly score of 64 points. Thanks to contributions from captain Aguero (12) Mount (9) De Gea (9) Rashford (9) Firmino (8) and Maguire (6).

Cant wait for what’s in store next week. Roll on week 6 ya’ll…..
